There could be many reasons why Facebook disabled your Ad Account. From repeated advertisement violations, not complying with the Terms of Service, or

different boosting locations. The great thing when you are stuck in this boat is that it is possible to fix your Ad Account and get it up and functioning again. You can visit Account Quality to find out why your Ad Account was disabled.

To request a review:

You must be the admin on the ad account.

  1. Go to Account Quality

  2. Click Account Status Overview in the left menu.

  3. Look for a What You Can Do section.

    • If you don’t see a What You Can Do section, there are no further steps for you to take at this time.

  4. To troubleshoot your account, follow the recommended steps in the What You Can Do section.
