Overview
The Scheduler gives you multiple ways to view and manage your content so you can easily see what’s planned, scheduled, and published.
You can switch between:
Timeline view
Monthly view
Weekly view
Each view helps you organize your content in a different way depending on how you like to plan.
Where to find your views
Go to the Scheduler
Look at the top of the page
Switch between Timeline, Monthly, or Weekly view
Timeline view
The Timeline view shows all your posts in chronological order.
Scroll up or down to see past and upcoming posts
View posts based on date and time
Quickly scan your full content flow
Best for:
Seeing everything in one continuous view
Reviewing past and upcoming posts together
Monthly view
The Monthly view gives you a calendar-style layout of your content.
See all posts for the month at a glance
Click on a specific date to view all posts scheduled for that day
Easily spot gaps in your content schedule
Best for:
Planning your content calendar
Visualizing posting frequency
Organizing campaigns or themes
Weekly view
The Weekly view shows your content for the week in a more focused layout.
See posts scheduled for each day of the week
Compare how content is distributed across days

Adjusting posting frequency
Managing short-term content schedules
Understanding how posts are displayed
Posts appear based on their scheduled date and time.
Scheduled posts show in the future
Published posts appear on their publish date
Drafts are stored separately and won’t appear on the calendar until scheduled
Viewing post details
You can click on any post in any view to:
Open and edit the post
Check its status (scheduled, published, failed)
Review its details
Planning ahead with the calendar
Using the calendar views, you can:
Plan your content weeks or months in advance
Balance your posting schedule
Identify days where you may want to add content
Pro tip
Use the Monthly view for big-picture planning, and switch to Weekly or Timeline view when you’re ready to make adjustments.
