Our Collab feature empowers you to share scripts with anyone, even those who don't use Storyy. This tool gives collaborators temporary, secure access to your script so they can use the in-app teleprompter to record video or audio. Once they've finished, their recordings are automatically saved to your Storyy library, simplifying the content creation workflow.

How to Use the Collab Feature

Here’s a simple guide to sending a script and receiving a recording from a collaborator:

  1. Go to the Storyy App.

  2. Navigate to your Scripts Tab. This is where all your saved scripts are located.

  3. Select the script you want to share from your My Scripts section.

  4. Tap "Collab" at the top right of your script.

  5. Share the script with a collaborator by either copying the unique white-label link or entering their email address and tapping Send.

  6. Your collaborator will receive the link and can open it to access your script and the teleprompter feature. They can start recording by clicking on the Record This button on the upper righthand side of their screen.

  7. Once they've finished recording, they simply need to click "Upload."

  8. They'll have the option to record again or save the recording by clicking "Done."

  9. Their finished recording will then appear in your account! You can find it either directly attached to the original script you shared or in your Recordings section within the Library tab.

Now you're all set to collaborate with anyone, anywhere! Happy creating!
