How do I add team members to my account?

If you have others helping with your account, you can add them as team members under your Storyy account!

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Storyy App and tap your profile icon (or your initials) at the top right corner.

  2. Under User & Team Info, select Team.

  3. Tap the blue "+ Invite" button.

  4. Choose a Role for the New User:

    • Owner – Has full account permissions and will take over ownership of the account.

    • Admin – Can change settings, update brand info, add team members, submit projects, and download videos.

    • User – Can submit projects and download videos.

  5. Enter the email address of the user.

  6. Click Send Invite.

For the Invited Team Member

  1. Check your email inbox for an invitation from Storyy.

  2. Open the email and click the Join Team link.

  3. Click Sign Up and fill in the required details.

Now, your team members are ready to collaborate with you on Storyy!

FAQs

  1. Does the invited user need to create their own account?
    ​Yes. They must click the Join Team link in the email and sign up using their own email address and password. This ensures they are properly linked to the main account.

  2. I signed up, but I can’t see the main account’s videos.

    You likely created a separate account instead of joining through the email invite. Try logging out and signing up again using the Join Team link in the email.

  3. The invited team member didn’t receive an email invite.

    Try these options:

    1. Resend the invite: Go to Team Members, find their email, tap the three-dot menu, and select Resend Invite.

    2. Check the spam folder: Sometimes, the invite email may land in the Spam or Junk folder.
