FAQs

  1. Can I upload both new videos and videos from my library to the same project?

Yes! You can mix uploads from your device and your Storyy library.

  2. What if I don’t see my videos in the library?

Make sure the videos were previously uploaded and saved in your library. If they’re missing, try refreshing the page or re-uploading.

  3. Can I replace a video in my project with one from my library?

If the project is still in Drafts, you can remove and re-upload videos as needed. Once submitted, changes will need to be requested through a revision.
