Overview

Yes! You have control over the order in which your projects are worked on. If you have multiple projects in your queue, you can prioritize them so that your most urgent content gets edited first.

How to Prioritize Projects in Your Queue

1. Go to Projects

  • Log in to your Storyy account and navigate to the Projects tab.

2. Click on the “Queued” category.

3. Click on "Manage"

  • On the right-hand side of your screen, click "Manage" to adjust your project order.

4. Reorder Your Projects

  • Click and drag projects to rearrange their order.

  • The project at the top of the queue will be worked on first.

Important Notes About Queue Management

  • You can reorder your queue anytime before we start working on a project.

  • Once we begin editing a project, it will remain the active project until it’s completed.

  • If you need a project prioritized, but another project is already in progress, you may need to wait until the currently active project is completed before reordering.

FAQs

  1. What if I want to move a project up in the queue after another project has already started?

Once a project is in progress, we will complete it before moving to the next one. Ensure your queue before we start working on a project to ensure the correct order.

  2. Can I prioritize a project after submitting it?

Yes! As long as it hasn't started yet, you can manage your queue anytime.

  3. What happens if I don’t reorder my queue?

We will work on your projects in the order they were submitted, with the first in the queue completed first.
