How do I submit a new project?

Submitting a new project in the Storyy app is quick and easy. Follow these steps to ensure your project is properly submitted for editing.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Storyy App

  2. Click the Plus Sign

    • On mobile: Tap the Create + button at the bottom center of the screen.

    • On the web: Click the Create + button in the left-hand corner.

1. Select "+ New Project"

  • Choose the + New Project option from the menu.

2. Follow the Guided Steps

  • You'll be prompted to provide important details such as:

    • Project Name

    • Project Types

    • Uploads (Where you can upload your files or link your drive folders)

    • Customize Deliverables (How many deliverables you want for the project)

    • Editing and Style Preferences (Style, music, text, branding)

    • Creative Brief (Additional requests for your editor)

3. Submit Your Project

  • Don’t forget to hit "Submit" at the end!

  • Once submitted, your project will move into the queue for editing.

  1. Can I edit my submission after submitting it?

    • Once a project is submitted, you won’t be able to edit the details. However, you can contact our Client Success Team through chat if changes are needed.

  2. How long will it take for my project to be completed?

    • Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for short-form videos and 4-6 days for long-form videos, excluding revisions. Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the edits.
